Reduce Blue Light at Night
Screens trick your brain into staying awake. Limit phone/TV use an hour before bed, use Night Shift mode, or try blue-light-blocking glasses.
Stick to a Sleep Schedule
Go to bed and wake up at the same time—even on weekends. Your body loves routine, and it will repay you with deeper, more restorative sleep.
Cut Afternoon Caffeine
Coffee and pre-workout drinks can stick around in your system for 6+ hours. Keep them to the morning so you’re not wired at night.
Set Up a Sleep-Optimized Bedroom
Cool (65–68°F), dark, and quiet wins. Blackout curtains, a white noise machine, and a clutter-free space all help signal your brain it’s time to rest.
