If you’re getting hurt while training, something needs to change. Weights don’t move on their own. Most gym injuries happen when we overestimate our abilities or ignore proper coaching. Fix those two habits and your odds of getting injured drop dramatically.
Lifting more than you can safely control doesn’t make you stronger—it just increases risk. Strained muscles, sore joints, and weeks of lost training aren’t worth it.

Can I move this weight with control and good technique?
Am I choosing form or ego?
Would I coach someone else to lift this way?
